Role Description

As part of the Fraud Program Management Role, the incumbent will be responsible for driving change management within Fraud to create Operational capacity and provide a better customer experience
The candidate will need to drive the fraud system enhancements at set frequency and liaise with all relevant stakeholders to create an overall readiness and checkpoint plan to ensure successful implementation and validation
The candidate will manage new onboards and products integrating with the fraud system from an E2E standpoint.
Partner with key stakeholders: technology, product, operations, analytics and onboarding teams to drive the demand management process, create project/milestone plans and ensuring delivery timelines are met.
Tracking of user acceptance tests, system validations and reviews, defect fixes, defining of operational flows and updates to standard operational procedures (SOP’s) to drive successful implementations.

Functional and Technical Expertise

Project management experience within the Financial Services industry supporting multiple LOB’s delivering in a highly complex, volume and client driven environment
Extensive knowledge in Agile project delivery methodology
Ability to work independently on day-to-day activities
Strong organizational skills – ability to take strategic direction and independently develop and manage project plans, taking full accountability and ownership
Functional knowledge of Wholesale Payments utilizing SWIFT and Real-Time Payments.
Fraud experience a plus

Problem Solving and Analysis

Highly skilled at problem solving, ability to scope and provide structure to complex issues and provide insightful and timely remediation.
Strong attention to detail so that documentational / reporting errors can be prevented.
Ability to identify areas of opportunity for process improvement and build out recommendation to proceed
Advanced Microsoft skills


Strong communication skills with the ability to provide clear and succinct verbal updates to team members, colleagues, senior leads, executives and clients
Ability to use systemic data driven reporting to measure results and support status
Actively contribute to program updates and team meetings

Working Style and Influence

Ability to handle multiple projects, manage personnel & teams to meet stakeholder expectations
Ability to build effective relationships with colleagues, team members and stakeholders across multiple business lines and global locations
Ability to work collaboratively and with effective influencing skills to achieve planned outcomes
Able to work under pressure to achieve target deadlines
Confident to raise concerns with leadership team and support resolution.


Bachelor’s Degree with 10+ Years of Experience in a Bank/ Operations / Finance
Project Management Qualification – preferred
Worked in CIB business function i.e.; Global Markets, Middle Office, Wholesale Payments or Securities Services
Proven and evidenced successful people management experience
