Job Description :
The role is to be a strategic partner with various teams related to Financial & Resource Management to ensure outlook forecasts are managed within targets. This role will be accountable for providing transparency in various aspects of headcount forecasting & financials like diversity metrics, direct expense outlook projections, headcount outlook projections, & new hire requests. Will be a strong partner with the technology financial planning & analysis team. Requires strong analytical skills to be able to prioritize and validate complex material from different sources. Will also require creativity and thoroughness for problem analysis and resolution.

Responsibilities:

Provide oversight and governance to Headcount budgeting and forecasting for the CTS Organization
Manage headcount forecasting for the CTS organization & review requests for New Hire onboarding through the CTS Bi-weekly submission process
Liaison with Finance team for headcount forecast deliverables and monthly RLS reports to ensure they’re in sync with the outlook expectations we provide monthly through the Renault system
Perform daily analysis work to ensure the latest dates, status, and comments in relations to headcount budgeting and forecasting are in sync with outlook expectations.
Assist with providing Monthly Outlook forecast for various expense lines with the portfolio as well as providing outlooks for headcount while also ensuring the Renault System is updated correctly to reflect outlook.
Track diversity percentage, present it for use in reports.
Analyze green dollar forecast for Compliance Technology Services and ensure forecasts align with tech teams expectations while resolving discrepancies where present.
Complete financial deliverables including monthly forecasts for headcount management as well as client reporting and ad hoc requests related to headcount financials.
Operate with a limited level of direct supervision while showing ability to perform other job duties and functions in the CTS Business Office.
Track employee requisitions on weekly basis and provide SME Support to the CTS Organization by demonstrating advanced understanding of processes, procedures, and policies aligned to Resource Management

Job Skills

At least 10 years’ experience with strong proven analytical background in reporting, managing performance metrics in an entity with global reach and complexity.
Experience in headcount forecasting in Citi Systems and processes
Familiarity with the compliance portfolios
Strong analytical and communication skills
Build strong & effective relationship with clients
Strategic thinking and being able to deliver quality work under pressure
Must be a motivated, self-starter who can independently handle tasks with little oversight
Strong follow-up skills; demonstrated accountability for role and responsibilities
Effective interpersonal skills and ability to participate in “virtual” and cross-teams
Excellent Microsoft Office skills with special focus on Excel.
