Job Description :
The Institutional Credit Management (ICM) group is looking for Senior Product Development to join its Counterparty Credit Risk (CCR) function, focus on target state of CCR. ICM has been established with the objective to provide an integrated “end-to-end” credit underwriting, identification, measurement, management and monitoring for wholesale credit businesses across the enterprise. ICM coordinates with credit management groups across ICG businesses to ensure full alignment on business and regulatory goals, as well as consistency and best practices. The CCR Data Quality remediation team within ICM is responsible for CCR Data Quality remediation and will spend significant amount time on building tools to a) perform root cause analysis for CCR data quality issues b) identified trends for data quality issues, c) work with key business, Risk, and Technology partners on resolving the data quality issues . Responsibilities:

The product developer will spend significant amount time on CCR Data quality; 1) Investigate the data quality issues to determine the root cause, 2) Define solutions working with technology and relevant business partners to address DQ issues and deliver risk projects, 3) Assist with Data Quality KPIs and governance 4) Assist with identifying the early detection of DQ issues 4) Remediation of current CCR related Data quality issues.
In addition, the Product Developer will focus on the end-to-end CCR lifecycle by working with stakeholders across different businesses and will also scope product releases, agreeing to and tracking business priorities.
Works in close co-ordination with Technology, Business Managers, and senior stakeholders to fulfill the delivery objectives of CCR target state.
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm’s reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing, and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

10+ years of experience
Proven track record of successfully managing in a large and complex business
Solid understanding of financial products Equity and Fixed income products and trade flow cycles
Thorough financial acumen and P&L management experience
Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills with tremendous attention to detail
Excellent analytical, interpretive, and problem-solving skills
Intellectual curiosity, analytical and conceptual thinker
Proactively seeks and develops new opportunities
Proven track record of bringing diverse groups and perspectives to work against a common goal
Ability to maintain momentum and minimize client and employee attrition
Ability to establish and maintain senior client relationships and to work across multiple facets of Citi businesses
Process Management knowledge with a propensity for detail and comprehensiveness of content
Ability to collaborate and clearly communicate with senior members of an organization
Project Management skills with experience leading large cross functional initiatives
Proven track record as change agent, with ability to encourage and embrace innovative ideas and solutions
Self-aware with ability to adapt to various situations, rapidly assimilate and report on complex information while creating a future vision

Education:

Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred
