Customer Service Professional Summary:

We are looking for an inbound call center Customer Service Professional to join our Jacksonville Corporate Team.

The ideal candidate must possess strong verbal and written communication skills, be dependable, ethical, and have a desire to succeed. This position requires you to be well organized, detail oriented and self-motivated. Providing excellent customer service with a friendly and positive attitude is a must!

Requirements:

Manage a high volume of calls, emails, voice mails and web requests
Manage multiple schedules to include estimate and service appointment schedules
Research and answer customer billing inquiries
Process customer payments
Accurately input data into an industry specific computer program
Provide general information about our various services to our customers
Resolve customer issues and or complaints
Manage the customer service email queue
Conduct over the phone sales of new and/or additional services
Problem solving and/or complaint resolution

Required education:

High school diploma or equivalent

Supervisory Responsibility:

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Work Environment:

This job operates in an office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and fax machines.

Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is required to sit at a desk and use the computer for long periods of time.

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time, 40-hour per week position. Days of work are Monday through Friday. Daily schedule will be assigned at time of hire, shift assignment will be between 7:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. A Saturday shift will be required on a rotational basis for the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Hours and shift assignments are subject to change based on business needs.

No travel is expected for this position.
