ZURU Edge is now on the look out for a Customer Service Representative who will focus on providing the correct resolutions for both customers and the business.

As a Customer Service Representative you will handle customer relationships and assist with their individual service needs whilst delivering best-in-class customer service. You will be an important contributor within ZURU EDGE, collaborating with other team members across the business, operations, and supply chain functions in the US, China and New Zealand.ROLE AND CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Order Fulfillment: Creation to completion
Customer Replenishment Coordination
Set up and maintain Customer Account Information
Delivery Enquiries and Customer Claims, inform Sales of delivery delays
Liaise with 3PL: delivery, short-pick, claim
Sales Support: Sales Quotation, Samples
Invoicing: ensure order payment is complete and correct
Prepare product and service report to management
Build a robust relationship with 3PL and customers to enable quality services
Develop and implement improvements to existing operational procedures in order to maximize efficiency and customer service experience

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

At least 2 years’ experience in a customer service position
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to details, strong conflict management
Good/Excellent computer skills
Effective time management skills and the ability to balance multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment and apply initiative and proactivity

LOCATION & HOURS:

The first two months onboarding are heavily reliant on time with the New Zealand and China teams so expected hours will be Noon-9PM PT.
This role requires 1-2 days per week onsite at 3PL facility in Carson, CA.
This is otherwise a Full-Time position based in the LA office (El Segundo).
