We’re looking for a highly motivated and energetic experienced Success Manager. This is a great autonomous opportunity where you will be empowered to work closely with the sales team in scaling our North American partnerships and to join an innovative global team with proven leaders.
Position Overview:
As “Success Manager”, you will play the leading role in defining, developing, and deploying Soter’s solutions for our customers. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire relationship lifecycle from initial technical implementation to large-scale commercial deployment for your assigned customer portfolio while working in a tight-knit team environment to ensure swift and professional delivery of products, services, and support. You will also eagerly pursue opportunities to expand your use cases and deliver additional value to grow your portfolio.
Key Functions:

Lead all touch points with assigned portfolio customers, from weekly status calls to senior leadership presentations.

Working closely with the sales and leadership teams.

Define, establish, and track essential programme performance metrics both externally and internally.

Understand customers’ businesses and uncover new opportunities to provide insight, drive efficiency and add quantifiable value to the bottom line.

Manage and grow customer partnerships with a focus on expanding Soter’s solution offering.

Assure key performance indicators are being achieved for both customers and Soter via a consultative approach to relationship and business building.

Work closely with Soter’s product team to build and deliver academic-level analytics reports that ultimately lead to actionable risk and injury reduction initiatives for your customer portfolio.

Act as “the voice of the customer” by working closely with the Soter Product and Strategy Teams to ensure that all relevant product feedback is considered and actioned appropriately.

Ensure that the Soter Product Roadmap considers our customer’s long-term needs and vision.

Become a trusted advisor for key customer stakeholders, with the goal of delivering an enhanced set of Soter solutions.

Understand your customers’ complete set of risk and injury prevention needs and establish Soter as the comprehensive service provider in the space.

Work to optimize Soter’s solution to meet customers’ scale and growth needs in the most cost-effective and efficient manner.
