Job Description :
The Consumer Unit is hiring a Field Development Manager to:

Support field productivity objectives through direct involvement and training of field leaders, FRs/IARs, and agents. The role is responsible and accountable for the delivery of the Enterprise Field Development Group’s learning strategy. Field Development Managers act as subject matter experts for the design team and other Home Office departments to assist in the creation, production, and delivery of new or existing training programs.

As a Field Development Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Manage assigned territory in support of field leaders and their downlines including branch/state training plan development, delivery of required/requested training modules, field leader consultation and assessments, and other tasks as warranted to drive company metrics in the territory, region, and state.
Facilitate and present training on various topics across multiple delivery channels and organizations utilizing energy and engagement techniques.
Cultivate strong working relationships with field leaders including but not limited to Territory Vice Presidents, Regional Directors, Branch Sales Managers, and State Managers.
Collaborate with the EFD team to produce development plans and content that support and drive enterprise field sales, recruiting, and retention objectives.
Maintain a keen awareness of trends impacting the field. Take an active role in identifying and communicating training and development needs. Act as liaison between the field and EFD Leadership for training and development needs and/or feedback.
Share leading practices and business knowledge throughout the field.
Partner with the design team and other home office departments when needed to act as a subject matter expert as requested.
Travel 50%-75% of the time in support of the development strategy
The Field Development Manager position is well suited for you if you:

Qualified candidates will have:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Required
3+ years of financial services sales experience, sales leadership experience preferred
FINRA Series 6 or 7 will be required; Series 65 or 66 may be Required
Industry designations preferred
Technology competency including MS Office suite
Life & Health License Required

Associates who live within a 60 mile radius of a corporate office (Birmingham, Carmel, Chicago, Philadelphia, Orlando and Milwaukee) will have access to come into that Office up to 2 days/week, and work from home at least 3 days/week. This role is full time work from home (WFH), also known as Remote. This role can be performed from any US based location within the central or eastern time zone. Work cannot be performed from outside of the United States.
