Role Summary:
Endeavor Content’s Film Development and Production team is currently seeking a seasoned and dedicated assistant. This role will have many opportunities for creative input on top of the standard administrative duties. The candidate for this position should have an interest in becoming a development executive and be eager to learn the creative process. An interest in international content is a bonus.

Responsibilities:

Organize incoming and outgoing submissions
Maintain grids and generate writer/director lists
Read and review a high volume of submissions and scripts
Maintain executive calendar by scheduling meetings, events, and booking conference rooms
Work closely with the executive to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments
Plan and organize meetings and conference calls, including international calls and meetings across multiple time zones
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the executive
Create and maintain databases and spreadsheet files
Process and monitor expense reports, memos, invoices, and purchase orders
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
Provide back-up coverage for other administrative assistants during planned or unplanned absences
Assist with special projects as requested by the executive and other departments

Requirements:

1 year of experience supporting executive level personnel at a fast-paced agency, film, tv, production or entertainment company required
Ability to meet strict deadlines in a timely manner
Interest and knowledgable of international tv content and series required
Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to maintain the highest degree of confidentiality and diplomacy
