Job Description :
VTrips is a leading vacation rental property management company with locations in five states. We are currently searching for our next Guest Service Agent to work with our team in St. Pete beaches FL.
This position is responsible for interacting with guests to provide the best quality service possible by performing customer service functions related to guest registration, reservations, and cancellation.
This is a regular, full-time position. The duties and requirements include but are not limited to the following:


Maintains professional relationships with owners, guests and vendors.
Reviews, updates and manages property notes and folios.
Resolves owners and guest related issues.
Coordinates and prioritizes maintenance requests of Property Care Spacesuits.
Creates, closes and modifies work orders and property blocks.
Develops and maintains a trades vendor list and works closely with vendors to ensure completion of work order.
Creates, modifies and cancels reservations.
Processes payments adjusts payment schedules and codes auto-payment exclusions.
Revises reservation folios and property details in reservation management system.
Changes rental rates and add fees.
Adjusts pricing and discount codes.
Updates reservation folios and property details in reservation management system.
Quotes reservation pricing by using internal systems and property details.
Creates account records by communicating effectively with owners and guests via reservation management system.
Runs reservation and maintenance reports and monitors various system alerts daily.
Stays abreast of the conditions and needs of each property.
Troubleshoots customer service and maintenance issues.
Other duties which may be assigned by supervisor.


High School Diploma or GED required.
At least two years of experience as a Guest Service Agent, Receptionist or Front Desk Agent.
Excellent time management, organizational and communication skills.
Strong problem solving and de-escalation skills.
Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work varied schedule to include evenings, weekends and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay Range: $14.00 to $16.00 per hour
