Join our team and make a positive impact on the lives of others! We are looking for a HomeCare Sales Specialist to join our team!
Department & Position Overview:
As a member of the HomeCare Sales Specialist at FreedomCare, your main purpose will be to connect with inbound callers, emails, and chats to promote the uniqueness of FreedomCare and our programs. The average day for an HomeCare Sales Specialist will involve reaching out to inbound leads, providing information requests from various channels (phone, social media, website, etc…) and open meaningful conversations with them about our program. You will be following up with previous conversations, collecting and validating information to begin the intake process for interested patients, and reengaging those who may need a little more nurturing.The goal of this role is to educate, provide awareness of CDPAP and our services and grow the amount of patients and caregivers that join FreedomCare. Our mission is to provide quality care to our patients.
Everyday You Will:

Turn interested callers into FreedomCare Patients and Caregivers
Engage potential patients and caregivers who are looking for more information regarding CDPAP and FreedomCare in general
Work with other businesses and health plans to promote referrals of leads to the company.
Explain the enrollment process in detail to all potential members in a way that hopeful and exciting
Explaining the benefits of enrolling in FreedomCare and why we are a unique team.
Stay updated on medicaid and health plan policies to ensure ease of enrollment
Explain the best course of option for patients to enroll in homecare in a way that does not provide any interruption in their current care.
Nurture interested individuals into signing up with FreedomCare
Collect and validate current information needed to sign up
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
Seize opportunities to improve the customer experience when they arise
Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Manage data entry into our system
Working hours for this role is Monday – Friday; 9am – 6pm

Ideal Candidate Will Possess:

Over one year of proven sales experience
Attention to detail and data accuracy
Strong sales background
Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
Customer focus and adaptability to different personality type
Genuine care for customer’s interests
Optimistic and upbeat

Experience in insurance/ healthcare background
