Job Description
Responsibilities:

Manage global mobile carriers, voice, data, and travel plans
Manage global mobile inventory:

o Upgrade eligibility
o Model pricing
o Collect old devices and refurbish them
o Maintain loaner pool
o Fix broken devices

Manage device data in our MDM system:

o Maintain personal vs corporate devices
o Enroll new devices
o Wipe for lost devices or exiting users

Test new released iOS and communicate firmwide updates
Collaborate managed apps with other IT teams
Maintain mobile information on our intranet sites
Manage and publish personal and corporate device policies
Image, Configure and install new or replacement Laptops, Docking Stations, Apple iPhones, network printers, and other peripherals
Provide technical assistance and support for all level 2 helpdesk requests related to computer systems, software, and hardware
Troubleshooting, and resolving IT related problems including desktops, laptops, operating systems, applications, iOS devices, phone system and other peripherals.
Assist in maintaining IT supplies inventory in US offices
Support the Shoretel/Mitel VOIP phone system
Support end user moves and relocations

Qualifications
Minimum 3 year experience dealing with mobile carriers, carriers’ plans and contracts (Global carriers is a plus)

Minimum 3 year experience of iPhone mobile devices and Intune MDM
Excellent communication, organizational and collaborative problem-solving skills
Strong understanding of help desk or technical support experience
Strong knowledge of desktop/laptop hardware and BIOS upgrades
Strong knowledge of Windows 10, iPhones, iOS and general applications
Networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, Wireless)
Must be able to lift desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, and other IT related equipment
Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Active Directory
