Job Description :
Holiday Harbor Marina is hiring an Office Manager. Work hours are Monday through Thursday 8AM-6PM during season and 8AM-5PM for the offseason.

Creation, distribution and receiving of customer contracts
Processing Customer payment on accounts
Working front desk and assisting customers with questions
Generating statements for Monthly billings


Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Qucikbooks
Administrative experience
Customer Service

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 – $24.00 per hour

10 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

Pensacola, FL 32507: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)


Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
Administrative experience: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Location: One location
