We are seeking an
Operations Technician to perform a variety of maintenance and technical support on products such as equipment, integrated systems and subsystems, and software at customer and/or field locations.

Summary of Key Duties for this position:

Analyzes and evaluates products and related performance.
Troubleshoots and diagnoses malfunctions to eliminate problem in minimum time.
Installs, upgrades, and removes products ensuring coordinative engineering field change.
Maintains effective customer communications and relations.
May provide onsite training of customer support personnel.

Basic Qualifications:

Relevant maintenance experience with electrical and mechanical systems
Basic understanding of diagrams for gases/electrical and facilities
Firm grasp of maintenance practices
Ability to perform under strict guidelines and be safety oriented
Experience with measuring tools i.e.: fluke meters etc.
Must be a United States citizen and have an active TS/SCI clearance

Desired Skills:

4 year of relevant maintenance experience with electrical and mechanical systems
Familiarity with CIP-OM-06 Crane Operations; CIP-OM-03 EPF Specialty Doors; CIP-OM-04 EPF Air Pallets; PLN-036 Contamination Control Plan
Experience with fueling operations in satellite processing facilities
Safety-first minded, maintenance oriented with experience using multitude of tools
Good communication skills
Ability to take direction and perform to exacting standards
Welding or fabrication experience a plus
