About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Secured Lending Relationship Manager

In this role, you will:

Participate with more experienced individuals in completion of transactions and review client financial status by analyzing and verifying collateral
Review basic or tactical issues, policies, or procedures related to client’s financial status
Work with least complicated loans
Present recommendations for resolving less complex loan queries and exercise independent judgment while developing expertise policies, procedures and compliance requirements
Act as mentor to less experienced individuals
Collaborate and consult with managers, colleagues and stakeholders, as well as internal or external customers
Maintain existing loan portfolio to ensure compliance with the terms of credit approval and compliance policies together with the support from the current Relationship Managers
Analyze and verify financial statements, review for conformance, note and address any financial deterioration, calculate key financial metrics and utilize financial spread model.
Complete annual and credit modification reviews according to the division’s policies and credit underwriting practices.
Analyze and verify collateral reports, accurately determine company’s collateral position and address any collateral issues.
Assist in the preparation of monthly portfolio compliance reporting and financial reconciliation.
Ensure portfolio of accounts adheres to the compliance rules and policies of the bank and the division.
Facilitate customer usage of company customer portal and other tools.
Interact across division departments (Accounting, Sales, Credit, Executive Credit Committee)
Assist legal department in customer documentation and review for accuracy.
Regular communications with customer discussing key points including changes in their business, financial results, overall satisfaction with company, and credit line needs.
Work with vendors and customers in setting up new accounts, purchasing receivables and resolving issues.

Required Qualifications:

2+ years of Secured Lending Relationship Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

Bilingual preferably Spanish or Portuguese
Commercial capital experience preferred
Microsoft Office experience with advanced Excel
