The Service Desk Dispatcher is responsible operating the ticketing system within the Connectwise application for the team, communicating ticket status information to the support staff and miscellaneous tasks as assigned by the Service Desk Manager.?
Specific responsibilities include:
Processing tickets with information and pushing tickets to the appropriate team’s queue
Fielding inbound calls for support requests
Conducting new ticket creation or updating existing requests
Maintain contracted SLAs while providing exceptional customer service
Ability to work in multiple systems simultaneously
Independent problem solving
?Skills we’re looking for:
Ability to pivot in a high-stress environment
High focus on attention to detail and accurate information
Professional written and spoken communication skills
Ability to relay information in a fast-paced environment
Bilingual with Spanish
