Job Description :
Manage full-cycle recruiting process – Source, attract, and hire top technical talent.
Adapt quickly to changing hiring priorities; brainstorm new ideas, and help implement new processes or projects as needed.
Leverage various creative and effective sourcing strategies and techniques to find and attract passive top-tier candidates.
Partner closely with hiring managers and client groups to understand their hiring needs and goals.
Collaborate with recruiting ops team members to evolve our recruiting, interviewing and hiring strategies and processes.
Consistently maintain and track pipeline activity, candidate status, and performance metrics in our applicant tracking system.
Guide various internal cross-functional stakeholders to adopt and drive our recruiting process and best practices.
Built trust and credibility with candidates and champion through the process providing an exceptional candidate experience.
Drive the entire negotiation, closing and offer process.
Be willing to jump in and assist with other responsibilities as needed across onboarding, immigration, recruiting events, etc.
What We Are Looking For

7+ years of end-to-end recruiting experience in high-volume, high-bar, high-tech environments with a proven track record of results.
Experience recruiting in-house would be ideal and agency experience would be a bonus.
Solid technical acumen with the ability to have credible conversation with highly technical individuals.
Strong sourcing chops – able to creatively source, attract and qualify top-tier technical talent for a team with a high hiring bar.
An engaging relationship building with strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).
A thinker and a doer with the ability to focus with dual focus on strategy and execution.
A value-driven person with a high level of integrity who will consistently do the right thing for candidates, their clients and the company.
Ability to quickly understand a company’s value prop and effectively convey that via various channels of communication such as emails/pitches, events, groups, partnerships, etc.
Ability to prioritize and execute on multiple concurrent high priority reqs.
A team player who will thrive in our highly collaborative team environment where we celebrate our collective wins, work together through challenges, have each others’ backs and problem solve as a unit.
Keen interest in WePay/JPMC’s products, space, and positioning.
