Job Description :
CallPass LLC is the leading provider of GPS Tracking Devices and Solutions,
helping Finance Companies and Car Dealers more effectively mitigate risk. As we
continue to grow our Customer and Technical Service Departments, we’re seeking
qualified candidates for Technical Support.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and have the
ability to work with technology and telecommunications with comfort. A
technical or IT background is a plus!

Duties and Responsibilities:

Receive inbound service calls and make outbound return calls to customers

in order to provide assistance and answers when needed

Communicate with customers through email, phone, and a ticketing system

with the use of proper communication terms in English and/or Spanish

Manage data and communication flow from vendors and partners
Provide support to sales, marketing, engineering, development and

operations manager

Process service agreement including contracts and orders
Provide service to customers seeking assistance with post-order issues

such as returns, replacements, refunds, delivery status, back order inquiries,
and any other issues that may arise in the order fulfillment process
Skills and Abilities:

Knowledge of Database or Queue call management
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, computer, email and website and

navigating multiple open tabs

Empathy and patience with difficult callers
Strong communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus)
Ability to multitask and work with numerous interruptions in a

sometimes-noisy environment

Minimum of 1-year technical support and customer service experience
You will demonstrate conflict management skills and maintain professional

composure

Pay: $16.83 per hour
